Disputes & the Fair Work Commission (FWC)
- First, try to resolve at the workplace level.
- If unresolved, either party may apply to the FWC to deal with the dispute. The FWC may make a stop order under s 333P (e.g., requiring a party to stop taking certain actions) and may handle the dispute in other appropriate ways if requested.
