  • Advice & drafting: Ask for time to obtain advice and suggest reasonable changes (e.g., make obligations mutual; add carve‑outs; include statement of service).
  • Execution: Follow deed execution formalities (signing blocks/witnessing as required). Keep a complete copy of the final executed deed.
