How Professionals Australia can help
- We cannot draft your complaint for you, but we can review a draft and provide guidance.
- We do not control the employer’s process or outcome.
- Union staff would not normally attend employer meetings about your complaint, but a delegate/organiser/support person may be able to attend.

- Can I remain confidential? Follow any confidentiality directions, but you may speak with Professionals Australia and a support person.
- What if I need more time? Ask for a reasonable extension and for clearer particulars where needed.
